PLANNING & REVIEW
You already have a bookkeeper
$425 / month

$5,100 per year  ·  billed monthly

Best when QuickBooks (or similar) is current and someone else enters the bills and payroll.

I review the books each quarter, flag problems, and run the tax plan. I do not enter transactions or pay bills.

FULL CLOSE & PLANNING
I handle the monthly books.
$750 / month

$9,000 per year - billed monthly

Best when you do not want a separate bookkeeper, or the books are behind.

Monthly close, bank/credit card reconcile, basic payroll coordination, quarterly plan, and both returns.

Partnership and multi-owner S-Corps

Add $100/month if there are two or more owners who need separate 1040s or basis tracking. Extra entities under the same owner are quoted separately.

If you prefer filing-only

For clients who prefer a compliance‑only engagement, I will continue preparing 2026 tax returns without a year‑round service package. The compliance‑only fee is $1,650 for a standard S‑Corporation with owner 1040, or $2,100 for a partnership with two owner 1040s. These updated rates reflect a reduced number of filing‑only engagements for the upcoming season. If you need a firm that specializes in high‑volume preparation, referrals are available. Please select your 2026 service level—Planning & Review, Full Close & Planning, or Filing‑Only—by November 15, 2026. After that date, the annual calendar will be finalized based on enrolled businesses.”
